Prices and weights

Prices are per kilogram at the day’s market rate and are fixed when you place the order. Fish is a natural product: after cleaning and cutting the actual weight can differ from what you ordered. We bill the actual weight, within 10% of the ordered quantity, and show the difference on your order. Net weight after cleaning is an estimate.

Delivery

Scheduled orders are delivered within the slot you chose; slots close at the cut-off shown. Express orders are delivered from the Kaloor shop in the estimated time shown at checkout, traffic permitting. If we cannot reach you at the address, the rider will call; an undelivered order may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Payment

Pay by cash or UPI at the door, or by UPI in advance. Card payments are enabled when the payment gateway is available. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are made to the source within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the order page until the shop starts cutting and packing. After that, please call the shop.

Freshness

If anything is not fresh on arrival, tell the rider or call us within 2 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the courts of Ernakulam. FSSAI licence number is shown on invoices. Kadappuram Fish, Stadium Link Rd, Kathrikadavu, Kaloor, Ernakulam 682025.
